Happy 10 months old Baby Freya!

Our little baby Freya turned 10 months old last Tuesday, April 9. The time is too fast indeed. Until now, I still feel like I’m pregnant and about to pop *big grin*

Here’s something I want to tell you guys…

I’m not a hypocrite. In fact, I was too peevish at being a mother. I do not blame myself, being a mother of two children is not easy. Especially if you are far from your family and kindred. But yet, God knows how important my family is for me. Although I insist to be positive in everything, all becomes still negative. Well, it happens if it is not the life that you expect to happen at the beginning. You have no idea how I fear the future of my children. Like you I also dream to be a good mother. I always prayed to God to give me more patience and proper guidance in raising my children. I love them more than any thing. I don’t want them to experience hardship in life as experienced by their parents. I want them to be happy all the time. I and my hubby are gleefully to see their smile and laugh every minute of the day. We are happy watching them giggling with each other even if it irritates our eardrums LOL. Oh well, please bear with my drama… I’m just being nostalgic.

Anyways, Freya is now walking with only some guidelines. Most babies take their first steps sometime between 9 and 12 months and are walking well by the time they’re 14 or 15 months old. She’s intrigued by tiny things and is still likely to taste-test them. She restlessly search and look around our home display. You can never imagine what our house looks like after she messed up our things. She’s a very smart baby and we are proud of her. We are proud of our lilttle angels… because of them my life was put place in where it should.

　Happy nine months Baby Freya!

Freya is now 9 months old and there’s a lot of changes on her. Well, physically, she can now stand and sit on her own by holding on to furnitures. She has 4 teeth and there’s more coming out which makes her so grumpy and always feeling sick. She starts to remember more specific information, such as where her toys are. She also can imitate actions she sees on us. She knows her name coz when you call her by her name, she’ll look at you crawl towards you.

But the most noticeable part about her growing up is that she’s experiencing separation anxiety. She cries with fear on her face when I leave her even for just a second like when I go to the bathroom or kitchen. During bedtime, she wakes up and cry when she notices that I’m not around or not on her side. I have read somewhere that it’s normal for a 9-month-old baby to show extreme attachment specially to the person who took care of them since birth and they also experience fear of everyone else. At this age, babies are starting to show there attitude.

When I read about babies having separation anxiety, my tears started to fall without noticing them. I don’t know why, maybe its just a sensation of being needed and loved. Happy nine months baby Freya. We love you so much!
